2005 Chrysler Crossfire

Absolutely pristine condition with very low mileage (presently 15629). Second owner, used primarily as a show car. Everything works flawlessly - from the convertible top and A/C to the spoiler. All scheduled maintenance and records. Always garaged; never seen rain or snow! Has backup camera, wind screen and upgraded mesh grill. Fully loaded with all of the goodies, and looks and drives great; a definite must see!! Has Chrysler logo floormats. No accidents; non-smoker; seats and interior like brand new. Title in hand. If you’ve made your way to this listing, I feel you already know what this car is and I don’t have to go into detail on what a rare gem the Crossfire SRT6 is. What I will tell you about is how this car has been taken care of, as I’ve been the primary owner most of its life, having it for the last 10 years and 100k miles. It’s been a pure joy to me, owning this car as it was my daily driver for many years. However, it is no longer my daily driver and I just don’t have room for it in my life’s schedule (or in my garage) anymore. I’ve made a few select upgrades to the car over the years, some performance-related and some cosmetic/audio related (more details below). I also had purchased an extended Chrysler MaxCare warranty, and as you can also see by the CARFAX report, when something did happen to go wrong with car, I took it in and had it fixed. Here is a summary of the upgrades done over the years: Performance Needswings CAI (single) Code3 supercharger pulley (old style) Stage 2 Tune from Eurocharged Performance (www.eurocharged.com)Cosmetic Rear diffuser SRT6 (old logo) mats Headliner replaced Cup holder replaced with storage bin Audio Kenwood KMR-D765 deck (matches the rest of the silver console) Infinity Reference REF6520CX component speakers Soundstream PN4.520D 520W 4-Channel amp Alpine SBR-S8-4 Ported enclosure w/8" subwooferHandling KONI (yellow) sport shocks – adjustable (part numbers are as follows): Front: 8041-1228SPORT Rear: 8041-1229SPORT Rotex Gold brake pads Front Tires: Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 235/40/18 Rear Tires: Continental Extreme Contact DW 285/30/19 Oil last changed: March 15, 2019 State inspection recently completed in May New AutoCraft Platinum AGM Battery (installed Jan 2019) Now for the not-so-perfect things to disclose: - There is some peeling around the silver windshield border (this is a known issue with Crossfires) - The headlights aren't as crystal-clear as they once were, as some hazing/fogginess has developed over the years - There are a few door dings - not many - definitely fewer than you would find on most other cars of this age - There is some curb rash on a couple of the wheels -- you can see if you look closely at the pics - There is an intermittent rattle from inside the A/C vent that comes and goes. It does not affect the performance of the A/C -- it still blows ice cold - The driver’s seat sometimes won’t move forward. It works fine moving in every other direction (move back, tilt up/down, etc.) but there seems to be a short in the motor that prevents it from moving forward. It hasn't been a problem for me, since I drive with the seat almost all the way back, but my wife has had issues before when she drives it on occasion and has to move the seat forward a bit. - The "damage reported" you see on CARFAX on 5/26/2017 was the result of a lady backing into my car in a parking lot while she was backing out of her spot. She dented the driver's side rear quarter panel and cracked the left tail light assembly. Purely cosmetic. The tail light assembly was replaced, and all work was professionally done by Service King.Feel free to ask me any questions or request more pics of anything in particular. I've owned this car for the last 10 years. It's only seen Shell Premium 93 octane since I've owned it (I'm a gas snob). Title in hand. Financial details: $500 deposit required within 24 hours (Can be paid through PayPal). Buyer must pay in full within 3 days and pickup within 7 days. Cash preferred, but cashiers check accepted if you meet me at the bank to deposit same day after my bank validates it.
